The Emphron Data Centre
The Emphron data centre is hosted by Iseek Communications, Queensland's leading internet hub and co-location centre. Iseek provide a world-class solution for business critical data, and number many blue-chip companies amongst their clients.
The data centre contains:
- Multiple redundant uninterruptable power (including on-site twin diesel generators with 48 hours fuel),
- Very early smoke detection and alarm systems (VESDA),
- Fire suppression,
- Advanced climate control, and
- Multiple internet access channels.
The data centre is manned 24/7, with CCTV monitoring and rigorous physical access controls. The data centre has a well established quality management system, and is a world-class facility. All Emphron data are automatically backed up off site, twice daily. We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee for all of our hosted services.
The Emphron Service Level Agreement
We provide a service level agreement specifying average uptime, and a maximum response time of 4 hours for business critical incidents. We have emergency off-site mirrors of all of our systems, and we can have you up and running within minutes of an incident.
